1. Using Talent Cloud
When you apply to a job through our ads or sign up to Talent Cloud, you create a candidate profile with us. If you opt in, employers may contact you about roles through Talent Cloud
2. The 1-month rule (how your profile is shared)
• When you apply to a job through our ads, we share your details with that employer for that role.
• After one (1) month from your application date, if you have agreed to these Terms, your profile is added to Talent Cloud so that we can show you other job ads and other employers can contact you about similar roles through Talent Cloud.
• You can opt out of job alerts at any time and you can delete your profile (see §6).
3. What data we collect
Information you submit (contact details, CV, answers), data from your use of our sites/ads, and campaign metadata (where the ad ran, when you applied). If we send you other job opportunities, we track basic engagement (opens/clicks) to improve relevance.
4. Who sees your data
• The employer whose job you applied to.
• After 1 month, other employers using Talent Cloud (for similar roles/locations).
• Our service providers (hosting, analytics, communications) working under contract with us.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your personal data for up to 24 months from the date you gave consent, unless you withdraw earlier. We may keep limited records for legal or fraud-prevention purposes, then delete or anonymize.
6. Your choices and rights (GDPR)
• Withdraw consent at any time (does not affect past lawful processing).
• Ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, and portability.
• Manage job alert preferences (email/SMS/other channels) and unsubscribe via each message.
• If we shared your profile with employers, we will notify them when you delete/withdraw; you may also need to contact them directly to update or delete data in their systems.
7. Job alerts (direct marketing)
If you opt in, we may send you job alerts by the channels you choose (e.g., email, SMS). Every message includes an easy unsubscribe and clear sender identity. You can change preferences any time.
8. Children
You must be 16 or older in the EEA (or the local minimum age for information-society services if lower, but never below 13).
9. Safety and scams
We work to keep Talent Cloud safe, but we don’t control employer behavior. Never pay to “secure” a job. Report suspicious activity via the contact below.
10. No guarantees
We don’t guarantee interviews or jobs. You choose which employers to engage with.
11. Personal AI Assistant (optional feature)
You can choose to use an in-product personal AI assistant to help you explore and manage your job search. Using the assistant is optional and you can disable it at any time in Settings.
What the assistant can do (on your instruction):
• Chat about roles and compare jobs (for example, responsibilities, location, salary info provided by employers).
• Tailor your materials (e.g., draft CV/cover-letter variants from your inputs).
• Prepare and, when you instruct it to do so, submit applications to employer sites/forms using the information and files you provide.
• Send messages to employers (e.g., availability, questions) using your name and contact details.
• Schedule interviews via links provided by employers, if available.
Important legal clarity — you are the applicant, not us:
• When the assistant submits an application or message, it does so solely as a technical means to transmit your information on your instruction.
• Advanto is not applying for jobs; you are the applicant. Any statements, consents, or declarations included in an application are made by you.
• You are responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness of any information the assistant sends on your behalf. Where a site allows, we will show a preview before submission; some sites may not support previews or automation and may require that you complete the final steps yourself.
Data the assistant uses and generates:
• It uses your profile data, CV/cover letters, your chat with the assistant, and job details provided by employers.
• Your chat history and assistant actions form part of your account data and are processed under these Terms.
• If you connect external profiles or storage (e.g., CV from drive), you authorise the assistant to access and use those materials for your job search. You can revoke access at any time.
Security & third-party sites:
• If you provide credentials or access tokens for an employer portal, you authorise the assistant to use them only to perform the tasks you request. Do not share credentials that you are not permitted to share.
• Some employer sites block automated submissions or require steps (e.g., CAPTCHAs or multi-factor authentication) that the assistant cannot complete; in those cases you may need to finish the process yourself.
Opt-out & deletion:
• You can stop using the assistant at any time and may delete your chat history in Settings. Deleting your Talent Cloud profile removes assistant data in line with §5 (retention).
No legal advice or guarantees:
• The assistant does not provide legal, immigration, or tax advice and does not guarantee outcomes. It is a tool to help you act more efficiently; you remain in control of decisions and submissions.
12. Ads origin transparency
Job ads promoted for Talent Cloud are typically run from Advanto’s advertising accounts on third-party networks. This does not change who the employer is or your rights; it simply reflects how we buy media on behalf of participating employers.
13. Contact & complaints
Controller: Advanto Group s.r.o.
Contact for privacy and legal requests: Běhounská 5/18, 602 00 Brno-město, Brno, Česká republika.
You can also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We’ll post the new version and effective date; for significant changes we will notify you. If you do not agree, you may delete your profile at any time.
15. Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by Czech law (conflicts rules excluded). If you live in the EEA, mandatory consumer/data-protection rules in your country may also apply. Courts in Prague, Czech Republic have jurisdiction, without limiting your statutory rights.
